01. Soak mushrooms in water for 5 - 6 hours; soak dried oysters inwater for 10 minutes; soak scallops in water for 10 minutes. Keep thewater left from the soaking process and set aside for use later.

Add the spareribs, mushrooms, driedoysters, scallops and stir-fry, add other seasonings, and the waterthat was used to soak the ingredients.
