01.順一個方向,將材料B及調味料拌均,待用。

Method:
5 {# [0 c4 Q& c5 X& e. c; p01. Mix ingredients B and seasoning, stir in one direction. Set aside.' P& n% }/ T6 O
02. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Set aside.* y+ n$ p- }7 J$ G5 T
03. Heat the wok over medium heat, add 2 tbsps of oil. Stir-fry theshrimp meat and minced pork on a moderate flame for about 8-10 minutes,until fragrant. Remove and set aside.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb& r, g3 w- t  `: H: e! _, i
04. Heat 1 tbsp of oil, pour in 3 large spoonful of eggs, switch to small flame and cook till eggs become half-cooked.
