01.順一個方向,將材料B及調味料拌均,待用。

04.燒熱1湯匙的油後,倒入3大匙的蛋液,轉用小火煎至蛋液呈半熟狀態。

8 V- G; {) W4 v+ z6 Y03. Heat the wok over medium heat, add 2 tbsps of oil. Stir-fry theshrimp meat and minced pork on a moderate flame for about 8-10 minutes,until fragrant. Remove and set aside.
9 F% D' o' P! G/ S04. Heat 1 tbsp of oil, pour in 3 large spoonful of eggs, switch to small flame and cook till eggs become half-cooked.& w# ]% y) i6 Z9 g, |8 [8 w7 U
05. While the eggs are still half-cooked, place 1 tbsp of thepre-prepared meat at the center, and then fold the eggs in half. Slowlyfry to golden brown and then remove. Cook the remaining ingredientsusing the same procedure.
