01. Mix ingredients B and seasoning, stir in one direction. Set aside.  j& }1 w) x0 B1 K% g6 w$ q
02. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Set aside.( W! d* i5 d4 i
03. Heat the wok over medium heat, add 2 tbsps of oil. Stir-fry theshrimp meat and minced pork on a moderate flame for about 8-10 minutes,until fragrant. Remove and set aside.  h$ ?  _/ u4 r; o
04. Heat 1 tbsp of oil, pour in 3 large spoonful of eggs, switch to small flame and cook till eggs become half-cooked.( S6 y- [  L0 v! x3 z0 f; Y
05. While the eggs are still half-cooked, place 1 tbsp of thepre-prepared meat at the center, and then fold the eggs in half. Slowlyfry to golden brown and then remove. Cook the remaining ingredientsusing the same procedure.
