I have a hard drive in my old computer. I put the old hard drive into the external box and connect with my new computer; However the computer is said 'F:\is not accessible" "The request could not be performed because of an I/O device". Few questions:
the old drive was working well in your old computer?
the format of that old drive is IDE or something?
the external box maybe require two usb cables, for power supply and data transfer
