why you wanna grow muscle? if u go gym and exercise everyday, muscle come out lah.. want to join contest isit? why don't you try goin to google and find from there?

i did exercise everyday , but i just want to know what kind of food should i eat or not

You need protein, BUT you still exercise to build your muscle.
