Ingredients: (For 1 Serving)

Two bananas
A glass of iced cold milk
Two scoops of ice cream (any flavor you like)

Method: ( B6 z% L% z( q( j

Peel two bananas
Slice the bananas with a sharp knife
Put one glass of iced cold milk in a blender
Add sliced bananas to it
Add two scoops of ice cream
Blend them until smoothly

* If you want your milk shake thicker, put 1/2 glass milk instead.

** Put more banana nicer..

i tried just now... mine is chocolate banana milk shake coz i put chocolate ice cream.. still got small bits of banana to eat.. oso got chocolate too.. how thick it is, u like lah..
