　　原作是宮尾登美子的《天璋院篤姬》。主人公是江戶幕府第十三代將軍德川家定的正室天璋院（篤姬）。這是2006年的『功名十字路』相隔兩年後，歷史上第七部以女性為主角的大河劇。, B) `7 o2 y4 R- I* z. b
　　這是2004年播放的『新選組』以來第二部講述幕末時代的作品，也是2005年的『義經』之後第二部宮尾登美子的原作。
　　主演的宮崎葵是初次主演大河劇，同時也是大河劇歷史上最年輕的大河劇演員。一般演員都是出演晚間日劇出道的，而宮崎葵是出演晨間連續劇出道的，以這樣的身份來出演大河劇在NHK歷史上也屬首次。公仔箱論壇/ Z8 K3 j1 N) B$ p( M3 `( g, x
　　NHK企業為了防止被擅自盜用，對『篤姬』『大河劇篤姬』進行了多品種的商標註冊，將對使用者徵收使用費。雖然有批評說不應該獨佔『篤姬』這個歷史上的固有名詞，但NHK以過去的大河劇也有此先例為由，似乎並沒有撤回註冊商標的打算。

　　天璋院（てんしょういん·島津篤子→近衛敬子、天保6年12月19日（1836年2月5日）——明治16年（1883年）11月20日）篤姬（あつひめ）是江戶時代後期到明治時代的女性，是江戶幕府13代將軍德川家定的御台所（正室、繼室）。實父是薩摩國（鹿兒島縣）藩主島津家的一門·今和泉領主島津忠剛。幼名是一（かつ）。作了島津齋彬的養女時改名為篤子（あつこ），作了近衛忠熙的養女時改名為敬子（すみこ）。
　　篤姬生於鹿兒島城下。嘉永6年（1853年）成為了薩摩藩主·島津齋彬的養女，同年從鹿兒島轉到了江戶藩邸。之所以做了表兄齋彬的養女，是為了日後可以為了進入將軍家。在這之前大奧就對島津家提過親。據說大奧此行為目的是，對前前代將軍·德川家齋迎娶了島津家出身的御台所（廣大院）後長壽且子嗣眾多一事的效仿。當時的將軍·德川家定的正室接連死去，而家定自身也體弱多病，連一個子嗣也沒有。
　　一方面，據說篤子是從齋彬處帶著政治使命被送進江戶城的。就將軍的後繼問題，當時幕府分為推崇一橋慶喜（德川慶喜）為次期將軍的一橋派，和推崇紀州慶福（德川家茂）為次期將軍的南紀派，兩派互相對立，齋彬為了讓慶喜繼承將軍而將篤子送入了德川家。但是，與當時是藩主的實子的廣大院相比，篤姬自身只不過是島津家分家的出身，一橋派大名處也有「作為御台所身份也太低了」的置疑的聲音。: F- p: O$ a1 V$ q) M
　　安政3年（1856年），篤姬成為了右大臣近衛忠熙的養女，這一年的11月作為家定的正室進入了大奧。但是，安政5年（1858年）7月齋彬突然死亡，8月家定也離開了人世，14代將軍由德川家茂就任，篤子沒有能完成使命。家定死後篤子剃髮，以後自稱為「天璋院」。公仔箱論壇0 b/ }/ d! v& n0 [( ]$ p) b! m
　　幕府為了促進公武合體政策，文久2年（1862年）朝廷決定將皇女和宮作為家茂的正室送入大奧。薩摩藩向天璋院提出住回薩摩國，但天璋院拒絕歸國。另外，當初進門的和宮與天璋院是一種「嫁姑」的關係，而且由於皇室出身和武家出身的差異使得兩人有著種種不和，但據說之後和解了。
　　根據勝海舟等人的描述，天璋院對自己一手扶植並確立的將軍候補德川慶喜的關係十分險惡。慶應2年（1866年）針對慶喜的大奧改革，天璋院與在德川家茂死去之後號稱「靜寬院宮」的和宮一起進行了抵制。另一方面，慶應3年（1867年）由於慶喜對朝廷進行「大政奉還」的直接後果也就是從江戶幕府解散到江戶城無血開成的整個過程中，為了營救德川家和慶喜全力對自己的娘家島津家做工作，同時和宮全力做了朝廷的工作。
　　晚年的天璋院為了教育德川宗家的16代即田安龜之助瀝盡心血。明治時代通過德川家的經濟援助過活至明治16年（1883）年於東京的一橋邸去世，享年48歲。其後在東京都台東區上野的寬永寺與其夫家定並墓而葬。天璋院把自身的財產全部用於原大奧下級們的就業和婚姻並為此而奔走。由於錢財都用於接濟，據說去世的時候其手邊只有3日元（折合當今6萬元）。! s& u9 [  N2 e0 c

宮崎葵堀北真希演古裝劇《篤姬》上演婆媳之爭
　　今年21歲的宮崎葵即將在新劇中成為19歲的堀北真希的婆婆，兩人更將因為這層關係來場婆媳大戰。這究竟是令人啼笑皆非的鬧劇，還是另有隱情的悲情劇？實際上這是日本唯一的國營電視台NHK，將於明年推出的年間古裝大戲大河劇《篤姬》的劇情設定。tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb, r8 J' d9 h( q5 F
  　這部即將於明年一月就開始正式上演，且一播出就會連續長達一整年的大河劇。所謂大河劇實際上就是古裝劇的意思，NHK每年都會播出年間大河劇，力求在激烈的日劇競爭中堅定地吸引住中高年觀眾的眼球。更早於年初就敲定現今人氣如日方中的宮崎葵領銜主演，這當然是電視台的極大挑戰，畢竟年輕演員在年齡層大的觀眾中不一定有什麼眼緣，但這並不妨礙NHK電視台的大手筆，他們甚至還找來今年才19歲的「野豬妹」堀北真希參加演出。
　　堀北真希在劇中扮演一個天皇家的女兒亦即日本公主，年僅16歲的她因旨意下嫁在江戶極有名望的將軍，成為女主人公篤姬夫家的媳婦，這也成就了年齡相差不大同樣當紅的兩位年輕女星的演技大比拚。
　　堀北真希扮演的和宮是第14代將軍德川家冒的正室，篤姬的丈夫則是第13代將軍家定，家定去世後天皇為了協調和手下愛將一家的關係，於是把心愛的女兒嫁入將軍家。也由此和宮與篤姬成為了名正言順的婆媳，然而和宮在這個家庭卻立場艱難，原本武家想把自己家的女兒嫁過來，和德川一家再次聯姻如今卻因天皇的介入成為泡影，也因此身為婆婆也是武家女兒的篤姬始終不給和宮好臉色看。
　　《篤姬》不僅講述女主人公本身的一生，圍繞她形成故事的配角們也會在劇中經歷一生的歲月，堀北真希在劇中的年齡跨度也相當大，將從16歲一直扮演到32歲，這令首次參演大河劇的堀北真希既興奮又緊張，記者發表會上只懂不斷強調會努力演好。+ q/ e; I& E( D9 x
　　和堀北真希相比，身為女主角的宮崎葵壓力當然更大，劇中她年僅23歲丈夫就去世了，還要在明治維新產生的動亂之中，為了拯救將軍家和日本努力不懈。) B( _8 {1 c, i- a. b' e
