美國退役穿梭機「奮進號」日前進行最後旅程，由重型拖車運載，由洛杉磯國際機場駛入巿區，數以千計群眾夾道圍觀。途人難得近距離目睹穿梭機的風采，都顯得十分興奮，爭相拍照留念。' ?9 v8 L8 q- i& ^5 K

先後執行25次升空任務的「奮進號」體型龐大，有37米長、重78噸（17萬磅），在洛杉磯街道出現時，成為龐然大物。當局須將道路兩旁二百多支街燈和近四百棵樹移除，一些紅綠燈，交通標誌，電線桿及泊車咪標亦要暫時移走，以方便穿梭機在馬路上行走，開往博物館展覽。tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb$ }. G$ j, c4 b: \ H5 _" t* H: B
