美國與墨西哥兩國的邊境，西起聖迭戈與蒂華納，東至布朗斯維爾與馬塔摩洛斯。兩國邊界長達3,169公里，東段以格蘭德河為界，中段穿越索諾蘭沙漠及奇瓦瓦沙漠，西段經過聖地牙哥及提華納都會區以至太平洋岸，風景變化多端，有繁華的都會區，也有一望無際的沙漠地帶。8 ]; y+ b8 P/ _1 a

美墨現今邊界確立於1848年美墨戰爭之後，目前是全世界最繁忙的邊界，每年約有250萬人以合法方式通過兩國邊界，大量湧入美國的非法移民及嚴重的毒品犯罪問題，已成為美墨關係的重要課題。

Mexican people living on the right side of the boundary appear to be living in a country of prosperity with high volume of business and car flow. On the left, the American is living on a rural land with high rise wall as boundary which appears to me only suitable for prison purpose.

Unlike many other countries, there appears to have little harmonization amongs people living so close to each other.

What a pity!!!

The open landscape of the US boarder make it harder to cross without being noticed.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb' \. p) `2 i( J' f% T

一邊一邊情，只隔一一片鐵片柵欄卻有兩樣繁榮的不同，然怪墨西哥人要冒這生命危險越界。
