根據法國《6000萬消費者》雜誌（60 Millions de consommateurs）報導，巴黎國家消費研究所（National Institute of Consumption）日前針對全球19家可樂廠牌進行檢驗，發現可樂成分中除了有肉桂、肉豆蔻和柑橘之外，還有未在包裝上註明，且極易引起過敏的有機化合物烯類（Terpenes）。tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb( @) s" d% l* b7 M

法國可口可樂公司科學部門主管裴潘（Michel Pepin）對此表示，可口可樂是根據祕密配方製造，絕對不含酒精，且獲得政府當局和巴黎清真寺的認同，認為研究所測出的酒精可能是製造過程中，天然水果發酵所產生的少量酒精。

百事可樂的發言人則大方證實，某些軟性飲料因為原料關係，恐造成產品含有少量酒精，但隨後堅稱百事可樂的配方不包含酒精，可放心飲用。

4-MI并非不可取代，只是改用其他着色剂，成本可能会是原来的5倍。加州去年11月修法将4-MI列为致癌物，含量超标的食物出售时须加注“可能致癌”的警语，美国可口可乐和百事可乐为此，已在3月修改配方，降低4-MI含量。对于可口可乐没一视同仁更改全球配方，英国有健康团体不满，要求政府立法规管焦糖色素含量。

多糖易致痴肥  可乐损心肾胰脏

The world is addicted to Coca-Cola. Each day,  1.6 billion cans and bottles of the sickly brown liquid are gulped down, making  it the globe’s most recognised brand.

Cola’s colour comes in part from  4-methylimidazole (4-MI), a chemical that forms in the production of caramel  food colouring.1 ~3 j4 E: C  D3 |. i

But in California they disagree. After  studies showed that long-term exposure to the chemical causes lung cancer in rats, health officials ruled  that products with more than 29mcg must carry a health warning.
And when research by the Centre for Science  in the Public Interest, a campaign group, found cans contained nearly 140mcg,  all cola companies across the U.S. were forced to cut levels.

But there is little evidence that it causes  long-term high blood pressure, or that it is bad for healthy hearts. Many  regular coffee or cola drinkers simply develop a tolerance to the  stimulant.

Doctors are in no doubt — the  biggest danger  from cola doesn’t come from the hidden additives,  flavourings  or  colourings, but  from sugar.

Each regular can of cola contains  eight teaspoons of sugar. When you drink that much sugar  so quickly, the body  experiences an intense sugar rush.

Another U.S.  study found that women who  regularly drink cola — three or more times a  day — had a four per cent lower  bone mineral density in their hips than women who didn’t drink cola.

更何況可樂從以前就一堆報告指出不健康要少喝5.39.217.768 z" q9 o4 b4 } q7 q
還是一堆人當沒看到

總之飲料雖然涼爽可口
但是加工之後沒幾樣是真的有益的
還是多喝天然的飲品~~~水是最健康的

置於破戒!很多澱粉或含糖量高的東西!發酵之後都含有微量酒精!麵包也是呀!難道因此回教人都不吃麵包???

可樂面世至今巳有上百年历史配方也改变多次据聞不同地区的可樂也有微調配方東西方人对甜度也有分別因此欧美的可樂较甜回教徒对飲食十分嚴格銷售到回教地區可樂如破禁肯定是一大件事甚至上昇至政治層面可樂不可能不知

不論是吃燒烤、火鍋，還是零食，只要配上一瓶可樂就會覺得快樂似神仙，然而如此愉快的心情可能是有原因的。根據法國最新科學研究指出，可口可樂和百事可樂不但含糖量驚人，甚至含有酒精，令外界一片譁然。

根據法國《6000萬消費者》雜誌（60 Millions de consommateurs）報導，巴黎國家消費研究所（National Institute of Consumption）日前針對全球19家可樂廠牌進行檢驗，發現可樂成分中除了有肉桂、肉豆蔻和柑橘之外，還有未在包裝上註明，且極易引起過敏的有機化合物烯類（Terpenes）。

更令人震驚的是，包含可口可樂、百事可樂等9家廠牌的可樂皆含有微量酒精，雖然每公升僅有10毫克，濃度約是0.001%，但恐怕會使許多人不敢再享受這清涼香甜飲料，例如數以萬計因禁酒令而改喝可樂的穆斯林。

法國可口可樂公司科學部門主管裴潘（Michel Pepin）對此表示，可口可樂是根據祕密配方製造，絕對不含酒精，且獲得政府當局和巴黎清真寺的認同，認為研究所測出的酒精可能是製造過程中，天然水果發酵所產生的少量酒精。

百事可樂的發言人則大方證實，某些軟性飲料因為原料關係，恐造成產品含有少量酒精，但隨後堅稱百事可樂的配方不包含酒精，可放心飲用。
