英國漁民日前捕撈到一個有1億年歷史的巨蠔化石，其中可能含有世界上最大的珍珠。

$ a8 f4 Q6 u+ q" ^tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb英國《每日郵報》5日報道，這個巨蠔化石是在英國索倫特海峽捕魚的漁民發現的。它有18厘米寬，8厘米厚，體積是普通蠔的10倍。5.39.217.76+ a* R( I9 N$ s7 W$ @

根據蠔殼上的「年輪」來計算，它應該有200多歲高齡。

如此巨型的蠔中可能含有一枚像高爾夫球那麼大的珍珠，而普通蠔中的珍珠通常直徑僅有7毫米。
