The show mentioned that an Old Man who is over 70 and works at the restaurant for many years, mixed 3-4 kinds Po Li tea with his own formula and the Po Li tea is good and attractive to many clients.

I've no idea. I just watched the TVB show who introduced the Old Man to mix the Po Li tea with different brands, it like the 絲襪奶茶, mixed the red tea with different brands.
