The numbers in this series describe how the previous number is formed.

The  next one describe it: there is only one "1", therefore 116 H. b. E; u1 C% Y! Q" [, O
The next one describe the "11" as there are two "1", therefore 21tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb6 X) g6 _! k: R8 t. O! v
The next one describe the "21" as there are one "2" and one "1", therefore 1211& T" ^1 ?1 w* C+ S# v+ N
The next one describe the "1211" as there are one "1", one "2" and two "1", so 111221
