我是一间新公司的员工，因老板要我把他在朋友的公司里 scan 了的文件，改换成 excel 2007 以方便

更改其中的一些编号/名字而转印发给自己的顾客. 如各位高手谁可以帮忙的，我可以email 文件图片让你看看

There are OCR software which can help you to scan the hard copy and convert it into excel file. Have a look at this software, it may help you.
