2#wangshanjieDog can handle high cholesterol food much better than human. e.g. fat, internal organ. or even dry pig ear. But an imbalance diet is still bad. ie too much treat too few normal food.
I give my dog dry beef liver as treat. (smell like blood, a small bit can encourage her to do a lot of thing)
Best treat so far I found is dried kangaroo jerkey. Kangaroo meat is red meat and kangaroo meat is really low fat. (very healthy for human too) But the price has gone up to real high now a day.
I cannot afford kangaroo steak in supermarket. ~$20 per kg.
