I followed the steps, imported the Slip file but cannot patch the executable:

Cannot patch ?
Try Anti-Virus program (Suspend) or Restart PC->Press "F8" key->Safe mode->Run "Parch program"

When I pressed the 'Path' button it showed cannot patch the bds.exe or the bds.exe had been patched already.
