（華盛頓18日綜合電）美國總統歐巴馬周二在白宮表示，叙利亞持續發生屠殺平民事件“令人難以接受”，美國将“付出雙倍的努力”盡早讓叙總統阿薩德下台。5.39.217.76( Y: @% {( E) R
歐巴馬在與到訪的約旦國王阿蔔杜拉二世會談時說，“美國将密切關注叙利亞局勢變化，不斷對叙政權施壓，積極推動叙利亞内部的民主進程和過渡”。他同時稱贊阿蔔杜拉二世是首個表态阿薩德應下台的阿拉伯國家領導人。歐巴馬說，“我們要繼續加強與約旦的合作，早日促成阿薩德下台”。

I really wonder what Obama has to do to throw Bashar al-Assad our of the presidency. He is still very strong in Syria and the harsh sanctions towards them did not frighten him. He even threat to stop oil export in order to fight back. In order to stop all these killings, may be it is time to send in the Navy Seals to finish the job ?!
