The incessant crying of a child for about 10 hours up to 1am Monday prompted a disturbed neighbour to take action, resulting in the rescue of a six-year-old girl locked up alone at her flat in Jalan Perak here. * |" Z. `+ H- w8 qThe neighbour, who declined to be identified, said she heard the girl crying from about 3pm Sunday.
