拿督林家全到现在才感到纳闷？半世纪以来，独中都是教育部禁忌的课题，没人敢去碰它。如要彻底改变这个禁忌，那就要换政府了。

Now only we know a minister of education has no right in making decision for setting up a campus of a chinese secondary school.5.39.217.76/ S ]2 b7 X8 `: O/ H; n" j2 C. `
Don't they also falls under education categories or indirectly the ministry of education categories them as a non-official school.
