Wasabi幾乎是食壽司必備的醬料，因為它能帶出魚生的鮮味，公仔箱論壇/ [# P( v, o% m. ~/ {! M2 B2 z
但當份量過多，攻鼻氣味就會直湧到鼻腔，淚水亦不受控地湧出眼眶。公仔箱論壇# J6 M- f# o- L% p3 V

因為鼻腔與口腔相通，所以當我們吃下Wasabi時，攻鼻的氣味就會從
口腔走到鼻腔。只要把握此刻，用鼻子深深吸一口氣，然後用口呼出，
就可制止攻鼻情況出現。
