WIndow Vista Home Premium 在进window update 时 一直在0% 卡着 ！！！！！！！！！

May you need to install ActiveX .Try Click the Start button, click All Programs, and then click Windows Update

Rename -> C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution folder then try windows update again.
