要看地方噢..
有一些..因為網路地域問題..
想快點也不能..! j( G1 w' N" E6 k* ^* ?
有一些..可能是機私setting 問題..公仔箱論壇# Q# d B% e. W+ a$ w$ R
例如軟件使用不當..

I use cable instead of WIFI, and the upload rate put it down to 30.Now this is faster and more steady.

你先去测速吧。看看你的连接速度是否正常。如果正常就是setting问题。
