一名中國籍男子在石川縣金澤市撿垃圾，再賣給回收業者，卻觸犯《廢棄物管理條例》，被警方逮捕，也成為當地頒佈該條例以來被捕「第一人」。

日本《中文導報》28日報導，今年10月13日，石川縣金澤市金澤東警署逮捕一名38歲的中國籍男子。據稱，男子居住在大阪府枚方市，被捕前常開車到石川縣金澤市附近，撿走一些金屬製品及小型家電等可再生資源垃圾，拆分後賣給回收業者。男子每月藉此可賺得10萬至18萬日圓。tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb) a: A5 O$ o- ]- v+ B. l: p. S' F; h

依照金澤市的《廢棄物管理條例》，擅自取走廢棄物4次便可予以逮捕。男子在此之前曾被多次警告，這次更是成為金澤市條例頒佈以來被捕「第一人」。報導指出，自金澤市去年頒佈條例以來，已有30人被警告，其中半數以上是中國人。tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb4 f6 s: _) s9 ]5 R; B& I

《環球時報》稱，日本對垃圾從丟棄到回收有一整套詳細的規定，並上升為法律條文。日本普通家庭丟棄垃圾被要求在「指定日期和指定地點」，而被丟棄的垃圾也由專門回收業者進行收集和分解。$ Z8 P/ q/ A: }' x; ?4 ~+ h

據報導，在日本確實有一些「撿廢舊家電」的中國人，多數是初到日本的留學生，他們不知道「日本垃圾不能隨便撿走」，並且出於「省錢」的目的，將撿來的家電及單車等「自己使用」。另外，「撿垃圾賺錢」的中國人，大多也是因為日本近年來經濟不景氣，比起日本人更難找到打工機會，他們為生活所迫，不得已而為之。

不明白一些国人省吃俭用、倾家荡产非要去日本打工，宁肯丢人现眼去捡拾垃圾都不回家，图个什么？

they are just helping the recycling process....cant see anything wrong with that.......tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb2 G- a4 {; x$ {

a lot of things still working but people just throw it just because it is a years or few years old they want a new one.... work end up having more rubbish..........people not that about the world....it is full of rubbish already. I dont see what wrong when student take it home to use when it is still working......Not all the overseas student is from a rich family and a lot of them study and work harder the those one who is rich.....

Lots of student go thru this kind of life, they just want a better future........study overseas can explore the world more.........and have experience that others would not have.....! `" O4 x0 H% t- v7 Y9 f

I dont know anymore......may be I have never lived Japan....I dont understand their culture.
