法拉盛市議員劉醇逸、部分貝賽選區市議員魏伯林，紐約州參議員史塔文斯基等皇后區民意代表，昨(14日 )嚴厲譴責涉嫌用侮辱性字句辱罵4名華裔青少年，並用武器打傷受害人，觸犯種族歧視罪的2名白人青年暴行，要求司法公正，對犯罪者重罰，遏止種族仇恨罪案蔓延。這宗震驚華人社區與主流社會的種族仇恨罪案4名受害者其中三人公開指責施暴者，令他們留下難忘恐懼陰影。

劉醇逸大聲疾呼要求司法單位用重典阻嚇種族仇恨案罪漫延，他對四名在美國出生的華裔青年受到兩名白人青年以「Chink」、「Gook」等侮辱華人語言辱罵，是不可原諒和不能姑息養奸，必須重罰才能婦到阻嚇效果。公仔箱論壇4 B5 L7 e* W3 I. {

選區在部分貝賽與格拉斯鎮的市議員魏伯林除了譴責種族暴行破壞社區安寧，更是對皇后區移民大熔爐的挑戰。魏伯林表示，他對四名裔青少年受到種族歧視辱罵感到震驚，他強調只有對暴行者重罰，才能阻遏種族仇恨罪行發生。魏伯林又說，貝賽與道格拉斯鎮的26學區，過去曾發生過涉及種族仇恨亞裔的塗鴉圖案，但像這次以侮辱性字句辱罵和針對亞裔而動手傷人事件，還是第一次，避免歷史重演，必須重典對付施暴者。 - m3 \/ U/ H9 u9 [3 B2 p3 Z. r$ ~

皇后區地檢處已於13日對涉嫌於8月12日凌晨在皇后區道格拉斯鎮大道夾44大道綠燈前以種族仇恨語言和毆打受害人的白人青年夏維利(Paul Heavey 20歲)及布朗(Kevin Brown 19歲)控以二級與三級仇恨罪，二級魯莽駕駛、二級騷擾等罪名，另外布朗還被加控二級攻擊和拒捕罪(Resisting Arrest)兩項罪，兩人若罪名成立，最高刑期是入8至15年。

四名受害華裔青少年己申請到臨時保護令，禁止兩名涉案的告接近。 6 J* m- c3 o' @6 }5 D2 \

據辦案的111分局案情透露，8月12日凌晨2時20分，梁Reynold等四人駕車經過皇后區道格拉斯鎮大道44大道的紅綠燈前，涉案的兩名白人青年故意以汽車擋著梁Reynold等的汽車，並把車窗搖下，向四名華青出言辱罵，其中一名華裔青年不甘辱而拿起一對瓶水擲向揚長而去的白人青年的汽車，，雙方其後把汽車停下來，發生口角。此時，一名白人青年從汽車內取出武器攻擊華裔青少年，造成一華裔受傷，白人青年打傷人後離開現場　但在距離現場不遠處被111分局警員截停，其中布朗反抗拒捕，與警員生衝突，一名警員受輕傷。

I read the Chinese newspaper here a couple days ago. Chinese eatery own house in which the owner use it for his/her employee. They are mostly illegal or etc. The house got intentionly burn down and kill 4 people in Indiana, 30 miles from Chicago. 0 Y: z7 L- r% l6 ?6 p( n

Also, if you are live in USA, you have to registar to vote, The only thing the congressman or senators will help or listen to you is that make your vote and voice count......, BTW, make sure you have the citizenship first, otherwise, you will get big trouble.......

Argee ar, I used to work in Chinese restaurate, and work with a lot of illegel, most of their story are really sad, few of them have some connection, they are able to get a travel visa here and work illegelly, after they save enough money, they will go back to China, But most of them are paying around $20K + to "snake head" in order to come here, They told me they are paying really really high interest for that, almost 60 ot 70% of money going to the "snake head", and then they have to send money home....., They just have nothing for themselve......, also they can't go back to china w/o paying back the money or go to jail by mainland gov't, beside of those problem, they still need to face racism here, My ex-boss from the restaurate, he used to rent a apartment for them to live, but those people in the building just keep complaint about them, finally, they have to move, I guess they are the lucky one compare with those in Indiana, this is unbelievalbe.....,

Here in Canada the situation is a little bit better than the States, but still has racism and verbal insulting often. Usually the White Chicks see the really HK'ish girls they would have a teasing look on their face...but the Chinese don't give a damn. Vancouver has a lot of big shopping malls owns by Chinese, and the Whites can't do anything about it but have to admit that they are busniess idiot...they eat Chinese, Japanese food...some of their boss are Chinese too. We just have in mind that the blondies have no brain, that's all.

Chinese need be strong, Canada also need be strong, don't always follow what the US Govenment said. Canada not a state of US.
