（成都11日綜合電）成都媒體報道，美國總統牛奧巴馬已致信成都市民李良正，感謝他提供堵塞墨西哥灣漏油的方法。報導說，6月4日，成都市民李良正因為有感墨西哥灣漏油堵不住而污染環境，深思熟慮后想了堵漏方法，並託人翻譯后發給了美國白宮。

李良正5月底從電視上看到墨西哥灣漏油報導，他開始設想，要堵漏，首先必須要內外壓力均等，這樣才能穩定，然后才能封堵。

Admiral Allen said oil still escaped from the vents. If they were closed too quickly, cold sea water could rush in and formed icy hydrates which caused the failure of previous attempt. When they started closing the vent, the pressure inside the containment cap became so high that oil may burst through the seal which is not perfect due to problem encountered when cutting the pipe.
