What software can burn DVD?

I tried 120% Alcohol but cannot burn DVD (mpeg), can someone tell how to

You can use Nero to Burn DVD; DVD Shrink/ DVD Fab Platinum is Best to COPY dvd. DVD shrink and DVD fab Copy the image of the DVD ...you can either saves the file in your Hard Drive...or Burn it right away with the program.
