去年入秋以来，中国西南五省持续遭遇干旱侵袭，百年不遇的旱情吞噬着5000多万受灾群众的生命之源，牵动着全国13亿人民的心。一幅幅灾情图片记录着满目干涸，一片片绿洲变成了赤野千里，本应庆祝丰收的喜悦只见枯死的禾苗，本应读书的身影却不得不为寻找水源四处奔走。( y' x! V- a/ \# X. G: C# z

Great pictures, they truly convey the desperation, anxiousness, and harshness of the drought situation.  My heart goes to the people living there, just shows how much we all rely upon the mercy of  the nature.  Very depressing.  But good picture, some one has to see these to feel it.  Hope the rain will come soon.

The rain came after 300 plus times of attempting of man made rain.  Stilll the rain not heavy enough.  They still have draught.  The place have no rain since September last year.
