Virus !!!!!!!!!!!

my USB harddrive get a virus, i use Norton and Malwareby cannot delete it,     i have lot of important thing inside , what can i do?????


Virus name is ( W32.Rahack.W)

i see it already......but that's only for virus in window, now is usb drive, i can't see and file and detail inside...........

but the log you provided show that it infected your windows system files:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\urdvxc.exe

So just follow the instructions and remove it!
