I am a streamyx user, *RM 66 ( MAX DL 60kbps / UL 60 kbps)., P" O5 s5 l; a
  E; o  A+ Y- h/ e7 I
Besides, I download all the BT files by using my 3rd party program (Thunder) <<Latest Version公仔箱論壇& h) m3 N" ]1 ^

0 j! H% j  k( v# c! G. [I am new in this, but why my DL is very slow till (10bytes ~ 2 kbps), but my UP speed higher (10kbps ~ 30kbps) than my DL speed ?

if the task that u connect has more local peers, ur d/l will be faster but if u have more remote peer it will be slower. that's one of the reason that affect ur d/l speed .

You can try to patch your Half Open port to more higher value. It is a system optimization function included in the thunder.
