! d7 q% ^! {* ]4 E: l; K+ UBesides, I download all the BT files by using my 3rd party program (Thunder) <<Latest Version5.39.217.763 `. f" y$ u/ R8 R& X' \

I am new in this, but why my DL is very slow till (10bytes ~ 2 kbps), but my UP speed higher (10kbps ~ 30kbps) than my DL speed ?

if the task that u connect has more local peers, ur d/l will be faster but if u have more remote peer it will be slower. that's one of the reason that affect ur d/l speed .

You can try to patch your Half Open port to more higher value. It is a system optimization function included in the thunder.
