[求助]为什么我的BT下载速度那么慢

I am a streamyx user, *RM 66 ( MAX DL 60kbps / UL 60 kbps).  }3 T4 U! N6 e' o# i
TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。  n! W7 [# b% V( I' g
Besides, I download all the BT files by using my 3rd party program (Thunder) <<Latest Version

I am new in this, but why my DL is very slow till (10bytes ~ 2 kbps), but my UP speed higher (10kbps ~ 30kbps) than my DL speed ?9 _4 [6 \9 k0 G, a% S
5.39.217.76* V9 I( \. Q( i; r. i- f4 p+ _9 k& q
*The movie I download are quite latest / new, the seeds up to 300.  C* y* m2 V. i' A' |) E4 Z

Is there any problem than I can fix so that my DL speed will be higher ?

- I checked all my setting (Thunder) > Option > Max DL spd / Max UL spd [set to unlimited].
- No other Download Programs {e.g. FlashGet, BC etc..} running.) Z( c0 c# F3 c7 O) g) G
- Line completly clear.0 [3 ?5 D+ @" `4 q

And pls dont comment my MAX DL and UL speed ... Thanks a lot ^^

if the task that u connect has more local peers, ur d/l will be faster but if u have more remote peer it will be slower. that's one of the reason that affect ur d/l speed .

You can try to patch your Half Open port to more higher value. It is a system optimization function included in the thunder.
