- No other Download Programs {e.g. FlashGet, BC etc..} running.1 J& o6 T& e' X& W' B: O  q  {
- Line completly clear.

if the task that u connect has more local peers, ur d/l will be faster but if u have more remote peer it will be slower. that's one of the reason that affect ur d/l speed .
