if your ISP have newsgroup(usenet) with binary group for free then you can use Newsbin Pro or Newsleecher or similar software to download stuff from newsgroups. you find almost everything that can be download on newsgroups, its not P2P so no need to share or upload anything and download at max speed of your connection. you will need to contact your ISP for the server address, user name and password. you can also use paid service, google newsgroup or usenet, many different company with different price/speed/retention(how long before stuff are delete from the server, longer the better).
