How to Install Internet Download Manager in my USB?

I want to install Internet Download Manager in my USB so as it is portable to be used in any PC?
How to do ah?? Pls pls... help help !!!

I have portable IDM version, however, when I run it, it needs to create download directory and also integrate with browser.
The problem is that I don't have the right to install software with integration to the browser (somone's PC, not mine).

How can I use IDM with my USB flash only??? (No need to create directory on PC, and also integrate with browser), In other words, no need to add any files on PC.
Just use USB flash to run IDM!!

Pls help help ... thx.
