nowadays,most of the dvd disc are protected(i mean new movie),you can't directly copy to your hard drive,you need decrypter to help you but you need to paid for it.
for the no protected disc,it's very easy to do, 1)insert your disc,2)click my computer,3)open the drive that you use,4)copy video_ts to your hard drive,5)finish.
