try use Recuva or Runtime Get Data Back For FAT And NTFS...

as long as you haven't written any data over the sectors allocated to the old file on the hard disk, the above programs mentioned should be able to recover the deleted file. If by any chance (which is extremely likely) that the sectors have been overwritten by other data, the deleted file cannot be recovered.

只要没有对删除文件的那个分区进行操作 就可以恢复 用 finadata 或者 easy discovery 都可以，可以安装一下试试。祝好运。
