pls help... everytime when my laptop dc, i click on "diagnose n repair", it shows this pop up..any1 know wat does it means?

2. dear P1 user, does u all experince b4-> the connection will breakdown when ur pc/laptop is left idle... eg. i left my pc for downloading, after 30mins (approx.) the connection will breakdown.. did u guys experience this?  5.39.217.76" b7 x) Z/ I( X3 z) O1 m
