My BT was older 1.03 version ,if i want update to 1.07,
  w5 d8 A& P5 c! N, v& j5.39.217.76i need uninstall before install a new version??

Nah, I don't think you need to uninstall.  You just need to upgrade.  It normally asks if you want to upgrade to the new version when you open Bitcommit.
