other than detergent, i will recommend baking soda to clean oily cookware. 0 V: e% w/ v9 k
because baking soda is more environmental friendly, even though you don't rinse your cookware throughly, it is still safe for your health

& S& E4 t% s, i* k8 l7 ?put some baking soda in the basin with water, put the cookware for 20 minutes, then you can clean your dishes easily
