BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，' u* J( D5 A  o9 N( ?. [- V- ]$ A+ f
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.  w# @1 F" y5 f2 _$ m
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。- _" s( I1 T% _( v8 |; n
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb" @: j* t; k2 @# r
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. ( E  w( N! X6 Q; C7 d$ J
5.39.217.76* V7 L7 a* `& ]8 ?, W, S+ `7 s
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
