BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，5.39.217.760 R' l# ~3 }, _3 l+ f$ P! W! E+ o

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb: m; M+ f2 F  J" m! b& ?* ~
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb1 W  I: H. A* z: p( R7 O
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.3 Q9 T7 o, ]; z; U
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
