BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
# o* @9 U$ {" ~- |" G  O2 Itvb now,tvbnow,bttvb1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
, ?( v/ m; D# y! s9 u2 a- V2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
$ T  f+ U+ R9 F$ @/ x3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.
$ U' g" V' F0 m9 B: T+ z0 L4) The version , you have is not good.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb9 {7 O. a! R. v6 m4 L# |
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.9 m' e/ b$ q3 X
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
