BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，公仔箱論壇4 X( F2 p  L' k# Z# K1 r
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?* c  D% t4 a+ `- K8 @5 t; `

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.; A. ]8 J) h& ?+ A) k: q
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.9 e0 D" w4 E) c" N
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.5.39.217.76% J0 @' P1 p" s2 {0 w9 K
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb! U7 A2 ^( i& ~( m
4) The version , you have is not good.) U1 }6 _" e) n' D# T3 y& F
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 公仔箱論壇$ W" v* T; h$ m: ^4 j
