BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，3 G2 h1 H/ {# h& Q
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
8 [, i% B0 i, g- q/ U) L" k1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
7 f# m0 U2 e8 l9 i  o3 x1 |" m& O% ~2) not many people are down loading the same topic.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
, D) T- K% e# r7 E! P1 P! _I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

/ P5 {( r; G2 jTry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
