BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，5.39.217.76' P5 ~( d4 a' r

我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb: b+ v& G: k- O9 l2 ]

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.2 k5 q/ p' J' Y5 u/ D! z4 v
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.+ b+ {0 g; @+ {9 Q$ Y' [! X
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.1 j1 x) Q  E5 R7 x
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
1 K& R  i( e* t3 K* O! xI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.
) @9 p+ F! D* g/ v3 w: `1 Ttvb now,tvbnow,bttvb+ r- j/ v: X$ Z. n4 i0 C$ c
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
