BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb6 P4 d/ J8 h% F7 N+ ]3 j* y' |

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb# e! t: }# s4 K0 F7 A
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
- c3 u+ K6 K+ z  t' B, mtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
! j, D" b" B' F7 E1 X7 [) F* Z4 p, B3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.
% l5 u6 L- l, R8 L( u0 _, y# E4) The version , you have is not good.

I'm currently having the same problem.5.39.217.76+ x. h" n* u# q1 T7 L6 P
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

  V4 E- ]6 L- `9 ?( ]* z5.39.217.76Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
