BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，: H# V0 S! B5 f' ~1 W. \# j, H" k
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?6 T, R( k( Z7 C0 H

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.公仔箱論壇, k  B8 M5 V9 e( Z1 {4 D) N: G
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.

3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 5 F- E8 Y: a. g# q+ D

* j: Y# Q+ ]7 l" t+ v" H. c公仔箱論壇Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
