BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，5.39.217.76* E2 o4 z% ~0 g! g" s( p6 V) p6 m% {
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

4) The version , you have is not good.
( W* H9 `* v3 Itvb now,tvbnow,bttvbUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
3 Y* g. Q* H4 o5.39.217.76I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

" c- [+ u: M4 R; Z9 F公仔箱論壇Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
