BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
" ]1 J" h/ {1 f) W' r* [1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
# w  ]6 W0 L% [8 f, |" k  f$ j6 gtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
2 P  a* X" }7 c, B6 u) Ftvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.; m  g: L- Q3 e4 [- H- `
4) The version , you have is not good.
/ F* U3 K* k- e+ ?8 LUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 4 \, t: u. j- w/ u* ]8 c

% b2 Z& |$ h( X, aTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
