BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，7 s0 n$ z1 x) Z8 _4 m
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.+ o( j) c5 F) M- |
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
; J3 G$ i- g* K/ D公仔箱論壇3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb& a/ F3 V" s- c$ X
4) The version , you have is not good.
0 \8 R6 G0 A# F4 ]* D" M- o5.39.217.76Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.公仔箱論壇! g# n2 `! p& V' H2 a6 H. a: x
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

) v, J+ \( S% N0 S5 X* j9 D& P4 Z4 ~tvb now,tvbnow,bttvbTry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
