BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.

2) not many people are down loading the same topic.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。8 ?" {! s4 O2 W! B8 Y

4 l5 H( D0 I7 j3 z. ?# W  _# Z0 J公仔箱論壇Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
