BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，3 E5 Q( Y+ r; S8 @4 N( c& H
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
2 o7 e9 q0 w) X/ Z. Q2 z7 a* x1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
+ G4 u; ]$ m6 U' j7 p公仔箱論壇2) not many people are down loading the same topic.3 v: |+ q+ j( T: `1 N
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.公仔箱論壇/ h. P( r; K- K( ~! K
4) The version , you have is not good.
! U+ G# \2 E; d: b9 @; J8 VUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 公仔箱論壇& p7 L) G" g, S' _0 _& f: d

9 T) `# M- f* ~6 J6 M  ]tvb now,tvbnow,bttvbTry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
