BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
0 E# N8 a4 F( J  L7 N! ~8 X2 ytvb now,tvbnow,bttvb1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.公仔箱論壇3 t& {- l9 |. Z

3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got." ]0 p* b& L7 L+ Z' _
4) The version , you have is not good.
1 Q% x/ ~4 C( r+ g" {. ftvb now,tvbnow,bttvbUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
0 {7 [/ Y; C, o3 S8 i* F% Etvb now,tvbnow,bttvbI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
