Question: Can we use the expired cheese to make a cake?

I feel so weird because someone (a old man) said that the expired cheese can make a cake. It's really unbelivible. Everyone! Please give me more information, or website about cheese.

過期的芝士是絕對不能吃的。若是保存得不好或是過期的話，芝士中的水份就會流失而且會腐壞變質。會吃壞人的。
當然，在製作芝士的過程中會用上霉菌或其他細菌。但用霉菌的份量、發酵的時間和地方等一切工序都是受到嚴格監控的。不同的工序所生產出來的芝士在味道和質地上均有所分別。至於在市面上所見的青紋芝士(blue cheese)上的青藍色條紋是在適當的發酵和加工後而成的。然而，在製作芝士時用霉菌發酵的過程和芝士在買回來後因保存得不好或過期而發霉是兩回事。
有些芝士在包裝後仍會繼續成熟發酵，因此味道會隨著時間而變得濃烈。過期一、兩天的芝士還可以免強食用。但要是注重芝士的質量的話，還是在買回家後盡快食用為佳(在兩、三天且不多於一星期內)。陰涼乾爽的地方最適合存放芝士。但即使是適當地存放，芝士像其他食物一樣，還是會過期和變壞的。

unless u want to spend the next year in the bathroom, I would stay well away from that old cheese......can't risk anything when it comes to dairy products. :-O
