i upgraded my service to 4mb tim.. buthen the speed is still the same..tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb, L, _2 _, v9 M# O' t  z$ e, @
damn regret upgraded the service to 4mb..
; N! b0 A9 N8 ^1 b3 q# Bi didnt really use up to 4mb.. other than microsoft and certain server can provide me with 550kbs .. there is not much server will provide such high outflow bandwith..
