Meaning only KL area got problem????
before this my BT can download at 170~ 200++tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3 R8 x6 R7 P6 m; ~9 v
now only up to 30++ in KL area... 5 \8 Y( Q% c3 h$ i0 y( X; Z3 N; K* U9 f公仔箱論壇did lots of setting but still not boost up the speed yet..

if tmnet block p2p , use xunlei also same what.. any software that support p2p should be affected...
