All those settng actually doesn't help a lot because I experience 400+ in oversea also never change the setting {3 j: u& G4 ?% a( v6 a* lthat's why I say should be the problem with KL Streamyx or BT

Currently use xunlei, better than bitcomet, now i can get speed around 50-70KB/sec, better than nothing

if tmnet block p2p , use xunlei also same what.. any software that support p2p should be affected...
