U got 130 Kb/s or U actually meant 130 KB/s.5.39.217.76; ^; @8 i' I' N4 K1 H9 C  S5 U

If it is KB/s then it is decent.

However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6.
