U got 130 Kb/s or U actually meant 130 KB/s.

If it is KB/s then it is decent. 4 w/ p+ A" W9 f2 U; Q. f, u

If it is Kb/s then you certainly can tweek Utorent.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb. v/ z3 E, z3 l0 \* F. V8 f

However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6.
