the reason is tmnut block p2p tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb( A7 N7 Y' g, \ B* I& y
if u dl torrent file using bitcomet will be less than 10 kbps ...for me : E- w* n+ [2 ?7 b" z
try use xunlei ....fast but slow down ur browsing speed cause eat lots of bandwidth
