[香港] 袁國強：執行國歌法難列實況

全國人大常委會通過將《國歌法》草案列入《基本法》附件三，律政司司長袁國強昨表示，《國歌法》本地立法大原則是維持《國歌法》的原意，同時兼顧香港獨有的普通法，包括在法律制度及保障等方面取得平衡。他又指《國歌法》目的是維護國歌尊嚴，形容這是很基本的要求，亦合乎常理。
