There can't possible be a way, the reason being the following:

lets just assume only 2 person in the entire group is the unlucky one, and that would case over 4 years of time just to get everybody out in the yard once5.39.217.763 l7 R3 c5 ]2 ]8 ^2 |$ A
any solution proposed would be statistically impossible. |
