BT下載時....

我一用bt下載時,看網頁就會好慢好慢.....有時直頭連開網頁的開唔到,請問有咩辦法解決呢,我係用bitcomt 0.70的,有勞各大大^:)^

when I download something by Bt, it will stop it suddley but just download a few%. How to do it. And i want restart again.
