[新聞] Fabiano stays, Alves out
Three clubs want Daniel Alves and striker Luis Fabiano will sign a new deal according to Sevilla chairman Jose Maria del Nido.
Alves has already spoken of himself as a Barcelona player during interviews with the Spanish press, but the Brazil international is still a Sevilla player and his club have very high expectations regarding his possible transfer.
Barca, Chelsea and Manchester United have reportedly contacted the Spanish club to try and sign the right back, and Del Nido is ready to negotiate his transfer fee.
“Three European clubs have asked (about Alves),” Del Nido told Sevilla ABC.
“We have set a price for the player and no offers have reached it and we have not started to negotiate.
“Saying today that we would not decrease this sum would be lying, everything is negotiable, but regarding this player the margin is small because we rate him highly.
“For sure there is still a possibility for him to stay four more years. If no offers arrive that suit us, he will complete his contract here.”
Fabiano has been linked to Real Madrid, Manchester United and Tottenham, but Del Nido is optimistic over Sevilla’s chances of keeping hold of the striker.
“He has a minimum of one more year, if not two.
“We are in advanced negotiations for his contract extension.
“The idea is that the four strikers we have will continue next year.” |
