Rmvb convert to dvd

Anyone help???I have already convert alot of rmvb drama,this is the first time I have a problem.
* N0 h* @ l4 [" Z$ E8 jtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbThe file that i want to convert always stop at 20%.I have try Allok and winavi already but i got the same result!!!
