中航工業指出，中航國際(AVIC International)是其子公司，中航國際下屬子公司中航金網是移動解決方案提供商。2012年6月-2013年10月，中航金網代理銷售了蘋果公司2.7萬台iPhone手機。這2.7萬台iPhone並不是為中航國際或中航工業員工配備的。
