Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.+ f$ p; F* p( d
Anyone have suggestion?????

But after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.

1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)5 G) o! v+ f2 N: G4 S3 c0 ]' }
2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software
3 |) l2 Y6 X# ^, a" H! }2 G$ Z7 `tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3.) Utilize a previous recovery point
0 x' L# u1 e2 t# h- p' J2 C: i4.) Wipe computer
