Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb# [' \4 E$ ]6 Q
Anyone have suggestion?????

8 }5 y' N% p4 C& e  |5.39.217.76But after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.

1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)5.39.217.760 M" X) Y7 t- w1 v/ H
2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software
6 s2 t4 H# ^: @1 E7 n/ q公仔箱論壇3.) Utilize a previous recovery point
% s2 R  p$ @& H9 \) {- |8 p" `* \4.) Wipe computer
