Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb# O% k; C1 t+ Z% I, P' M% t9 F1 ]8 y+ S. P
Anyone have suggestion?????

two weeks ago I can burn everything I want,nomatter Cd+- or dvd +-.5.39.217.76# _# J4 x4 |% M; ^' P& }) Q, _7 c
But after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.
9 |; z* j/ I. T* w% C1 L% Ktvb now,tvbnow,bttvbIt can only read original dvd and audio cd!!!5.39.217.76! I5 z3 W6 ?2 q7 \3 l$ x
Someone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

$ q, [; S8 l0 {/ Z# R6 C! gtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3.) Utilize a previous recovery pointtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb+ P# U! [) Y. s2 p
4.) Wipe computer
